Return/Change Policy

In Sosho.gr returns/changes apply in 15 days from the day you received the order and you take over of the cost of the return/change. For Greece you can use ELTA PORTA PORTA COURIER that we cooperate with.

CHANGES

For changes you can contact us by e-mail at sosho.shoes@gmail.com or by phone at +30 2811 752080. The new product will be shipped the next day of your request with ELTA PORTA PORTA COURIER to replace your product. Please remember that to receive the new product you have to deliver the package you have to return. Necessary condintion is that the product you return to be at its initial condition , that means to not be used and to be at its initial packaging (inside its initial box and inside its trasportation bag) with its purchase receipt or any other accompanied documents. REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE.

CHANGES OF DEFECTIVES

Our e-shop during the process of the orders proceeds to product control so as to ensure the excellent quality  and the right shipping. In a rare case that you receive a product different than the product you purchased you can contact us by e-mail at sosho.shoes@gmail.com or by phone at +30 2811 752080 and to proceed to the request for replacing it :
